This product contains 125 mg of Baicalin per capsule in a base of whole Scutellaria baicalensis extract. The Scutellaria extract contains Scutellaria total flavonoids which may support neuronal functions, plus many other constituents found in raw Scutellaria. Baicalin appears to involve intestinal microflora for its metabolism into baicalein, the most active metabolite of baicalin. Baicalin is calming.
